How to Uninstall Internet Explorer 11 from Windows 8.1

Internet Explorer 11 is faster than any other version of IE. But some computer users complaint that they tend to use Chrome and Firefox instead of the IE 11 which always takes up a lot of system resources. If you notice that you can’t remove the IE 11 from your Windows 8.1, you can follow this tutorial to solve your problem.

First, you need to right-click the Start button to open Control Panel.

Then click on Programs and Features.

Click on Turn Windows features on or off in the left pane.

In Windows Features, uncheck the check-box next to Internet Explorer 11, then click OK.

Then a pop-up will appear and confirm the deletion of the IE 11, you just click Yes.

When it is done, the Windows will start to uninstall the IE 11. When finished, Windows 8.1 will let you know. And you will need to restart your computer for the uninstall to be complete.
