Posted by Britt Duncan - October 30, 2014

There are times when you may need to preserve some web pages to read later on. If you save those websites as PDF files, you will be able to read them on the computer, smart phones or eBook readers like Kindle. But, the problem is, how can you do that? If you are currently using Google Chrome, here’s what you have to do.

Step 1:
Open up the Google Chrome, and the web page that you would like to save.

Step 2: Click the three horizontal lines on the top right of the Chrome and select Print from the drop-down menu. Or, you can press Ctrl + P keys together to bring up Print dialog.

Step 3: Locate Destination section, and then click the Change button underneath. Under Local Destination, select Save as PDF option.

Close the dialog. Back to the Print page, you can also change the print layout type, margins, and choose specific pages of the web pages to save. Also, if you would like to save backgrounds colors and images , remember to tick the check-box before Background colors and images option.

Step 4: If you are satisfied with all settings, click on the Save button on the top, and you will be able to change the file name and designate where to save it. After that, just hit the Save button. That’s it!
