How to Check System Information on Windows 8

Learning about your computer information like the operating system version and processor might help you make informed decisions to purchase new hardware and software. This tutorial will tell you that how to find out the system information in Windows 8.

1. Log into your computer as an administrator account.

2. Click the desktop tile on the start screen.

3. Hit Win and R keys together and type into the command “msinfo32” and click OK button.

4. System Information window will open. Then click the plus sign to expand the project. When it is done, you can check your detailed system information.
