How to Add Address Bar to Taskbar in Windows 7 & 8

Do you want to directly access a website without launching your web browser? Today, this Windows tutorial will show you how to open a website from Windows Taskbar. Please keep reading.


Enter your desktop and right click the Taskbar, you will get a menu. Click Toolbars and select Address.

Then the Address bar will be added to Windows 8 Taskbar.

Type in a website address in the text box and press Enter key. Your browser will launch automatically and directly navigate to the website you want to access.
